Do not skip a day. Do not change your action. Do not tell the person. Notice what happens — including “nothing visible.” That is real data.
Look around your school, your family, your team, your neighborhood. Where is grace MISSING — not because anyone is bad, but because nobody has chosen to fill it? Be specific: not “be nicer,” but “the new student who sits alone.”
ONE concrete, repeatable action. Specific. Small. Sustainable.
