Staff Wellness
Protect the people who hold everyone else. A private self-reflection for adults, a 60-second burnout read, and practices a team can run without adding another meeting.
For staff and leaders
For the grown-ups first. When the adults are steady, the students they carry can be steady too. Everything here is already part of the books and the site, gathered in one place.
Each one supports the staff first, so the framework holds for the students.

Notice stress responses in yourself and in your students. Respond from calm, not reaction. The Window of Tolerance, used with the adults first.
The same four pillars (identity, self-compassion, forgiveness and grace) for grown-ups. Staff practice the skills before they teach them.
Move grace from a poster to a practice: routines for making things right, reading each other kindly, and knowing the line between difficult and unsafe.
Getting started with the whole system: the self-reflection, the dashboard, family and adult modes, and a mid-year session tied to your curriculum calendar.
The Sustainable Educator. A staff-wellness session built from the books' own inner work, turned toward the teacher.
The Sustainable Leader. The same inner work, for the person who sets the culture everyone else lives inside.
Both are put together from material already in Books 1–5.
From Grace for Educators. One pillar each session.
When a staff frustration comes up (a missed deadline, a tense email), the team pauses. Together, name three kind reasons the person might have acted that way, then respond. It moves a building from suspicion to trust.
Staff culture is caught, not mandated. For one month, lead with the four pillars yourself: name a teacher's character out loud, say when your own tank is low, repair a misstep with staff, and open every meeting with connection before the agenda.
Open them on screen, or print them on Letter paper for the staff room.
The guides and tools on this page are free. By quote: print editions of the six books, Home Editions for families, staff workshops (in person or remote), and district support.
Staff wellness is voluntary by design, and never run by the person who evaluates the room.
